I’m passionate about helping people live empowered lives, and I believe work plays a key role in that. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to all things labour market and the future of work.

Over the last ten years I've worked across research, the public sector, and tech advising governments, international institutions, and businesses on how to navigate labour market trends, design future-proof strategies, and prepare for the impact of AI.

I do this by focusing on what matters most to me: turning complex data into clear, actionable insights; building partnerships across sectors; and finding innovative ways to scale impact with limited resources.

BEYOND THE WORK

I'm a qualified yoga teacher — a practice that shapes how I think about resilience, focus, and emotional regulation in a world of constant change. I'm Italian, but I spent eight years in the UK — London first and then the Isle of Wight. I'm happiest outdoors, somewhere quiet, and I believe the antidote to an accelerating world of work is slowing down, reconnecting with natural rhythms, and remembering what makes us human in the first place.
